Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when Senchabot subscription charges may be refunded.

1. Digital Subscription Service

Senchabot is a digital subscription product. Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts.

2. Non-Refundable Cases (Unless Required by Law)

  • Partial use of a billing period.
  • Unused time after cancellation.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal.

3. Cases We Can Review

We can review refund requests for clear billing mistakes, such as:

  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
  • Incorrect charge amount caused by a technical issue.
  • Unauthorized payment activity (with verification).

4. Request Window

We'll be happy to refund you the full amount (not pro-rated) if you downgrade your subscription within three days of signing up for monthly billing, or within 9 days of signing up for quarterly billing (every 3 months).

Refund requests should be sent within 14 days of the charge date. Requests submitted later may still be reviewed at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • The account email used for purchase
  • Charge date and amount
  • Reason for your request

6. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are issued through the original payment method via our payment processor (Polar). Bank/card posting times can vary.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
