This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Senchabot processes refunds for subscription charges. By subscribing to Senchabot, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Subscription Terms

Senchabot operates as a digital subscription service. Unless expressly provided in this policy or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.

2. European Union & United Kingdom Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you have the statutory right to withdraw from your initial subscription purchase without providing any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of the initial transaction ("Cooling-Off Period").

This 14-day right of withdrawal applies exclusively to your initial purchase and does not extend to subsequent automatic subscription renewals. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a clear request to our support team before the 14-day period expires.

3. Discretionary Refund Policy

In addition to statutory rights, Senchabot offers discretionary refunds for initial purchases under the following conditions:

  • Monthly Billing: Full refund if requested within three (3) days of initial sign-up.
  • Quarterly Billing: Full refund if requested within nine (9) days of initial sign-up.

These discretionary refunds are not pro-rated and only apply to the initial subscription period, not renewals.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Except where required by law, we do not grant refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Partial usage or non-usage of the services during an active billing period.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.
  • Termination of your account due to violations of our Terms of Service.

5. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges

We will promptly investigate and issue refunds for verifiable billing errors, including:

  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
  • Incorrect charge amounts resulting from technical issues.
  • Unauthorized payment activity (subject to verification).

All billing error claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the charge date.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Senchabot account.
  • The date and amount of the charge in question.
  • The explicit reason for your refund request.

7. Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method utilized during the transaction via our payment processor (Polar). Please note that posting times may vary depending on your financial institution and may take up to 5-10 business days.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We kindly request that you contact our support team to resolve any billing issues prior to initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Senchabot account.
