Last updated: May 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Senchabot ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website or use our application (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Services includes:

  • Bot Usage Data: Data related to your interaction with Senchabot, including commands sent, message metadata, and service configuration preferences.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to, marketed toward, or intended for use by children under the age of 13, or such higher age as required by the laws of the user's country of residence (the "Minimum Age").

No Age Data Collected. We do not request, collect, store, or process dates of birth, age information, or any similar data from any user. The Services' privacy impact regarding children is therefore limited by design.

Platform Reliance. We rely on Discord, Twitch, and Kick — each of which enforces its own age restrictions and account creation controls — to act as the primary gatekeepers preventing underage access. Users of the Services have already represented to those platforms that they meet the applicable age thresholds.

Parental Notice. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the applicable Minimum Age is using the Services, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Upon verification, we will take prompt steps to block or remove the user's access without notice.

No COPPA / Children's Data Processing. Because we do not collect age data and rely on platform-level age gating, we do not knowingly process personal data of children under the Minimum Age. In the event we are notified or discover that such processing has occurred, we will delete any associated data in accordance with applicable law.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
