Discord bot questions

How do I get Twitch live notifications in Discord?

Add Senchabot to your server, then run /set-twitch streamer with the streamer's name or link and the channel for alerts. Senchabot posts there when they go live.

Can it announce Kick and YouTube too?

Yes. Use /set-kick streamer for Kick and /set-youtube for a YouTube channel. YouTube alerts cover new videos, Shorts and live streams.

Can I mention a role in the alert?

Yes. Set your own message with /set-twitch announcement default-content for every Twitch streamer, or custom-content for one streamer, and include the role mention.

Can one server announce several streamers?

Yes. Add as many Twitch, Kick and YouTube channels as your plan allows, each with its own alert channel and category filter.

Is Senchabot free on Discord?

Yes. The Starter plan is free, needs no credit card and includes Discord live stream alerts. Paid plans let you add more streamers and filters.

Can Senchabot post alerts in other languages?

Yes. Run /setlang with a language code, for example /setlang es for Spanish. Senchabot speaks English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Japanese.
